1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the NexusCraft store ("Store"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any future modifications. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Store.

2. Virtual Goods

The Store offers virtual items (including ranks, coins, and pets). These items have no real‑world monetary value and are non-transferable outside the Platform. Ownership grants a limited, revocable license to use the items in supported NexusCraft services.

3. Accounts & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your Minecraft / server credentials.
• We may suspend or revoke access for exploit abuse, chargeback fraud, or harassment.
• Session data (username, account type, group, coin balance) is fetched to personalize purchases.

4. Purchases & Pricing

• All prices are displayed in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) unless otherwise noted.
• Discounts and promotions are time-limited and may change without notice.
• We reserve the right to correct typographical pricing errors.

5. Payment Methods

Supported payment methods are shown during checkout. Some payment providers may impose additional identity or anti-fraud requirements. Transactions may be denied or reversed if suspicious.

6. Fulfillment

Most virtual items are delivered automatically after successful payment confirmation. If delivery fails, you should contact support with transaction details. We are not responsible for delays from third-party payment processors.

7. Refunds

Unless required by law, purchases of virtual goods are final and non-refundable. Chargebacks may result in removal of items and access restrictions. We may review edge cases at our discretion.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Reselling, redistributing, or exploiting Store content commercially.
• Attempting to bypass purchase validation or security layers.
• Harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior in relation to Store activity.

9. Service Changes

We may modify or discontinue Store features, items, or pricing at any time. Previously granted items may be adjusted for balance, clarity, or compliance reasons.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NexusCraft is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Store usage. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers—your rights may vary.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate Store access for policy violations, security risks, or unlawful activity. You may stop using the Store at any time; termination does not create entitlement to refunds.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Revisions take effect upon posting. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
